In just a few weeks we will be exchanging views of the snowy Green Mountains from our Vermont house, for the tops of green leafy trees as seen through the long French windows of a third floor apartment on Calle Vicente Lopez in the fashionable barrio of Recoleta in Buenos Aires. The desire to go back to Argentina where I grew up, took hold this year and it seemed to be the perfect time to leave exchange the Vermont winter for an Argentine late summer. the coming month will be a chance to speak Spanish once again, reconnect with childhood friends, and attend the 75th Celebration of the founding of the American Community School.
We fly out on February 28th arriving at Ezeiza International Airport in Buenos Aires on the morning of March 1st.
